Hey, that's great! I'll keep that in mind if I need to buy another memory card.

As far as PS2 memory cards, I'd recommend picking up one of the Datel memory cards. Datel reverse engineered the Magicgate encryption, so they "just work" out of the box. No boot disks or hacking required, and they're only ~$30 for a 64mb card.

I agree.

But somebody's gonna buy a memory card, and it'll be $39.99 for those folks.

"Xbox 360 owners will be paying $39.99 for their Xbox 360 memory cards."

Correction... smart Xbox 360 owners will be getting the REAL Xbox 360 which will have 20GB of storage out of the box.

I agree that the prices for memory cards are insane. The last one I bought was used, I just couldn't stomach the price for a new one. If it's any consolation, Xbox 360 owners will be paying $39.99 for their Xbox 360 memory cards.

Except for the insanely priced memory cards that they've used the BS magicgate encryption to lock out 3rd party vendors for years. However, I'm sure Sony makes hardly anything off of those 8mb memory card they charge $25 for....
