Nintendo Increases H1 Net Profit Forecast
Nintendo, due to vagaries of currency fluctuations, will be posting a larger than expected profit for its fiscal first half. They are now predicting a net profit of 36 billion yen.
Bad news, though, on the GameCube front, where sales of both hardware and software were lower than expected. The GameCube slide continues, let’s hope Nintendo’s Revolution fares a lot better than the GameCube did.
