Don’t forget the PS3 Timeline & FAQ

Don’t forget my PS3 Timeline post. You can access it any time from the PS3 Resources section in the grey area below. It tells you, for example, that the next event at which you’ll find out PS3 information is the PlayStation Conference in February. Since CES has been a wash, I thought I’d point that out!

Also there’s the FAQ, which points out that no release date or price has been announced yet. People keep asking me this. Just check the FAQ!

Gary : Off to NYC tomorrow morning, so have fun with the LBP BETA, Killzone 2 BETA and all the great stuff that is hitting the PS3 this week! I will have some catching up to do when I get back.
Pc : Yeah, the custom soundtrack menu is in the game's options menu.
Rjcc : ah, I found the custom soundtrack in the pause menu, I just assumed I'd be able to use through the XMB.
Rjcc : also, why do I have a friends list if I can't send invites to my friends to play with me?
Rjcc : How do you use the custom soundtrack? I pulled up the XMB and went to my mp3s and it said I can't play them during the game.
Pc : Looks great, plays great, and has alot of features for $20.
Pc : Wipeout HD is awesome ! I really like the custom soundtrack option you have in the option menu. Whats good about it, is that the music plays when it should, not all the time like it does on the 360. The music even echoes when you go into a tunnel.

Pc : nope, looks like i missed out on this one, but it's ok. Beta's for games (in my opnion) kinda ruin some of the suprise.

Segitz : Sadly no, but that doesn't matter (it was legit... normal store, like BB or so). Those 10€ I can afford

Segitz : Yeah, that is how the better PS2 games look on a big tv... Even GoW2 et al look bad compared to MGS4 or GTA4^^
