I have a new poll for y’all. The question is pretty simple: given what you know today about Sony’s PS3 controller, do you:
1) Hate it. Buy a 3rd party controller ASAP.
2) Try it out before making up your mind.
3) Like it and use it.

Probably get a 3rd party controller. It depends on the games. They might work well but probably not. It just seems like it would feel so weird.

i like it and i’m going to use it. though i can see why some people aren’t. they’ve become so used to the dual-shock controllers. anyone everyheard of somebody modding a xbox remote to be used on a ps2?

I’ll try it. But I have to admit that I’m a bit skeptical. It just seems too small.
