IGN has got their hands on 4 new images of the fantastic looking FPS Resistance: Fall of Man. This game is heavily rumoured to be a launch game & I’m betting that most people that buy a PS3 at launch will get this game to show off to their friends.

Wow - those look really impressive, especially the fourth one. But where are the humans’ shadows?

Maybe they aren’t human but are in-fact ghosts from another time….
Well probably not. Maybe they just missed them out despite the game being 80% complete.

They DO have “shadows” underneath them…
This sort of shadows is more realistic, because in daylight, the caustics cause shadows to be nearly invisible and henceforth they arent like in Fifa 06 where every person has 4 of them (overlayed, which looks VERY crappy!!)

I did some research, and it looks like this game will support 2 player co-op, and 4 player offline splitscreen mode. Yay!
