But his expression is a bit fishy... "In fact I believe the first PS3s being manufactured are being made for Europe - which is a first" Why would they do that? I mean nowadays, the hardware should be the same (except the PSU) because the difference in PAL/NTSC is marginal and with HD it doesnt matter anymore. So its only the PSU (which will be "component", that is easily interchangeable) and the PAL/NTSC switch will be different... So what?
