Gamedaily reports official word from Sony that final assembly of the PS3 will begin by the end of the month.
Wow, it’s almost hard to believe that the long wait and all the pre-launch drama is nearly over.
10 days to TGS
Less than 2 months to PS3 launch in Japan.
Slightly more than 2 months to PS3 launch in North America.
I’m ready to put in my pre-order.

I’m one of the first people in Belgium to recieve the PS3 (retail version). I’m on the list of the biggest game distributor of our petite country. In fact I’m number one on their list. So with the first batch I should get a ps 3. Too bad that isn’t simultanuous with the US release

WOW. They are really starting late. They are going to have a hard time getting the launch day units into stores. Planes anyone!
