God of War is amazing but Jaffe is completely overexposed. He's a pretty normal, chatty, geeky guy who had one strong hit that he somehow got all the credit for. Henning, you want to get into game development? I wouldn't recommend it. I have interviewed at some big game shops for dev positions and I work with many ex-game game developers. A lot of people get nice comfortable jobs working on fun products with cool technology but there are a lot more stories that don't turn out so well.
