Quote from qj.net

Death from above: One use for the tilt function involves using the mortar. When you shoot a probe into the air, you're given a bird's eye view of the battle field. Then, by tilting the controller, you'd be able to aim at your targets by guiding the mortar onto your enemies.

On the dot: The tilt function will also be used when sniping. As the camera zooms into the scope of your rifle, you'd have to make sure that your controller is stable in order to get a clear shot of your target. You'd have to steady your hand to steady your aim.

Nice one. I love both ideas! Especially the sniper option! Ok, I am a bit shaky (when I was at the bundeswehr I got the "Schützenschnur" though, marksman award :D), but that sounds really good!!! Maybe the 360 controller will rumble continously to make you nervous :P

Lair is one of the few games that seems to be built around the SIXAXIS to control the dragon and it looks pretty cool. It will also be interesting to see what Hideo Kojima comes up with for MGS4 as he always does something cool with the controller in his MGS games.

Well, they say that now, but the proof is in the pudding. Driving and flying games, of course, will benefit from the tilt the most. CoD3 attempts to make some use of it, and succeeds only in some instances. Melee kills by whacking the controller forward is great.
