Merry Christmas!
This is just a post to wish all of our readers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
Thank you for taking the time to read our ramblings (especially mine) and for commenting on our posts.
I will try to post any news I find (if any) during this *cough* boring *cough* period of the year so try and visit us once or twice in-between you stuffing your faces full of food and getting drunk!
Look out for our end of year musings which should appear at the end of the month.
I hope everybody gets what they want and have a great festive period whatever you are doing.
Me? I’ll be playing MGS3: Subsistence and watching whatever DVD box sets I get, whilst shoving mince pies, trifle and various chocolates down my throat until I feel sick and regret that last chunk of Dairy Milk.

I’m glad to see someone is updating their blog
. I wish I would update mine. Anyway, I just wanted to say I like what you guys do here, and I’m always checking on you to tell me whats new, whats cool, and whats happenin’. I don’t even own a PS3 yet (one never knows whats under the tree though

Still no PS3, but a new AV Reciver coming (Sony STR-DG 700 B)… At least, something I can put to good use ^^

Mines (STR-K840P) is showing it’s age, no componant or HDMI pass-through only 5.1 etc.

Yay, I chose one which has component and hdmi, because my tv only has one of either input so i dont need to switch cables…
It even isnt expensive. Paid 280€ including shipping (and taxes of course ^^ germany doesnt add taxes later to better advertise products) at Amazon.de
My old one is dying on me. The left output sometimes just shuts off and it overall starts to crackle now and then
