FFXIII Extended Trailer

Below is an extended trailer of FFXIII and although it’s not very good quality I just had to post it as I’m a huge Final Fantasy fan and it’s still a very impressive video despite it’s poor quality and lack of sound.

There’s no way this game will be released this year, which is a shame as it’s a must have title for me and a killer app on the PS3, despite the rumours (unproven) that it’s going multi-format.

I’m not really digging the art style of FFXIII, but the graphics look impressive.

Its not a rumor that one of the versions of FFXIII is going multiplatform. SE said that from the beginning. They all said the White Engine which is being developed exclusively for the PS3 can only be used on the PS3…which means FFXIII can not go multiplatform since its developed via White Engine.

Now..FFXIII Versus on the other hand is another story…nothing is confirmed about the games engine. Which means it could be multiplatform.

On another note…there are rumors of 3 more versions of FFXIII floating about. There are even trademarks registered under the FFXIII name that are different then the 3 we know of. FFXIII, FFXIII Versus, FFXIII Agito.

Yeah but some people seem to claim that FFXIII (not Versus) is making it’s way to the 360 despite what you’ve said. These people are of course 360 owners and they would love nothing more than one of the PS3’s major exclusive going multiplatform.

I just ignore rumors for the most part now since fanboys seem to get wood making up stories confirmed by other idiots :)

I’ve actually heard God of War is going 360, you know people are stupid when they start talking first party games.

Yea FFXIII is not going multiplatform unless they make some drastic changes to the White Engine. Its designed to make use of the SPE’s which means the 360 architecture won’t support it.
