Folding@home for PS3 Early Spring
About 2 weeks ago I e-mailed Sony Computer Entertainment US Research & Development about when Folding@home will be available for download. This is their response.
We’re working hard to finish off the Folding@home client for PS3 and we’re hoping to have it available for download in early srping. Perhaps March but we’re not 100% sure of the date. The download will be approximately 150MB for the initial install and the network communicatins with Stanford’s servers will be pretty low data rates. It will be a free download.
Wow March is going to be a great month for PLAYSTATION 3 owners. Lots of new games, folding@home for free & hopefully a big firmware update.

Great, I can’t wait!! I bought 2 PS3 with a good part of the reason is for the Folding@Home!!!
