PS3 Ratchet & Clank News Next Month?
According to 1up.com, EGM will have the lowdown on the first Ratchet & Clank game to appear on the PS3 in next month’s issue:
Insomniac Games has turned their teasing attention to the next Ratchet & Clank game, which will fall, as per usual with the franchise, exclusively on PlayStation 3. But, when can we have a look at it? Sooner than you think, actually; on the EGM Live!* podcast, the crew confirmed they’d have the next-generation sequel in their pages next month.
And not just a lame teaser, either. Screens. Details. The whole deal, man. Check back for more soon, but in the meantime, Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters ships on PSP next week.
I’m a huge fan of the Ratchet and Clank games, as is my girlfriend, so I can’t wait to see what Insomniac can do with the series on PS3. The hard part is going to be keeping Ratchet & Clank on the PS3 to myself. 
I wonder what crazy weapons they will come up with this time.

That’s great news. Spirit of Jak and Daxter lives on. Just wish it was Jak 4

Yeah I would love a Jak and Daxter on PS3 but Naughty Dog doesn’t seem to agree.

Ratchet owns Jak!
The 1st Jak was fun but the next 2 installments felt like R&C ripoffs to me.

Ive always preferred the Jak series over Ratchet. Rachet always seemed a little too bouncy cutesy. But both of them are good quality franchises. Without a Jak, I will definitely be sure to get on the ratchet bandwagon.

The first Jak & Daxter is by far the best in the series but I loved riding the hover board in the sequels even though it turned into a GTA style game. Jak 3 was a great game however. Ratchet and Clank is a more traditional platformer but the weapons are what made the games so much fun.
