Yeah I been trying to download the keynote from GS for hours. I'm 250MB into it after 3 hours and sill only getting 18kb.

Normally I would have it in minutes.

Virtually every hosted video of the Keynote itself is running as slow as molasses. Gamespot, Gamesvideos, both slowed to the point of being unwatchable. A LOT of people are looking at this thing, thats a good sign that sony is turning heads. Even smaller videos on smaller sites are chugging due to bandwith issues.

When I heard Sony bought Grouper last year I signed up just so I have the username I wanted. And I haven't been back since. But I'm going to start visiting it more often now :)

Sony finally managed to do it, they managed to shake off the negativity and provide a keynote full of what keynotes for GDC should be about, content. Not even Joystiq commenters (diehard nintendo/xbox country) couldnt manage to doom and gloom this into the ground.

I had a feeling this was coming into fruition. When you think about it, all the pieces were there, we just werent looking for it. Sony bought Grouper last year, all of the pre and post launch ps3 advertisments in the us dealt with an empty room. Sony had an unusually large amount of power devoted to the OS (especially since the XMB is suspiciously lightweight to need such resources, they reserved it for a reason). Thing are finally looking up for sony, and its about time.

The Home trailer is exciting. I played Second Life too and the graphics is subpar... The graphics @ Home is amazing. Wonder how to sign up for the beta in April.

I am a little disappointed that there's no announcement on upscaling PS2 games and no additional demos or trailers.

Overall, I am happy and exciting with the news. Sony is certainly on the right track. I am sure all PS3 owners will appreciate their efforts.

I'm so excited about LittleBigPlanet. I've watched the video 5 times so far and I'm hooked on it's charming, cute and zaney antics!

I'm going to be keeping a very close eye on LBP and right now, I'll be getting it when it's shipped on BD next year.
