Datel Unveils New PS3 Range
Datel is unveiling some cool new accessories for the PS3. They include:
- A Bluetooth wireless headset for £24.99/$49.99.
- A wired headset for £14.99/$19.99.
- DataMAX for transferring PS2 savegames to PS3 for £14.99/$24.99.
- Component video cables for £14.99/$19.99.
- MAX Drive 160, an external 160GB (USB) hard drive for £99.99/$169.99. (Isn’t that price a bit much?)
- WiFi MAX for adding WiFi to your PS3, for £29.99/$39.99.
- PowerBoard black corded keyboard for £14.99/$19.99.
Coming soon. Hmm. You know what would be cool? If I could get a Bluetooth headset with a switch on it to switch it between pairing-for-PS3 mode and pairing-for-something-else mode.

Its averaging a dollar a gig it seems. By next year it will be half that.

You can get a generic USB inclosure for about $15 US though. should be similar in EU. As long as you format it to Fat32 it should work.

Logitech has a new “gaming” headset, which costs 42€ at Amazon Germany (SRP is 65€ iirc).
I might take this, as I have made only good experience with Logitechs devices, and I have many!! (3 mice, a keyboard, racing wheel, amiga mouse^^, psp stuff)

You can get cheap external USB inclosures for 3.5′’ HDDs for less than 15€ here. The 2.5′’ are a little bit more expensive, but only a little bit (the advantage of these is, they dont need another power plug, as they are powered via USB)

At least I’m not the only one that mis-spelled enclosure
But ya, Logitech has a solid history with what I’ve bought form them.
I still need to pick up a headset. But like Henning said, it would be nice to use it for cell phone along with PS3 without a hassle
