  • LittleBigPlanet Beta. Final release in Summer 2008.
  • Folklore
  • Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction

  • SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation
  • Time Crisis 4
  • Uncharted: Drakes Fortune
  • Unreal Tournament III (PC/PS3 Timed Exclusive)
  • Warhawk
  • Wipeout HD (PSN)

And of course, there will also be PlayStation Home and GT5 Prologue and the swarms of amazing cross platform titles.

As much as I love my PS3, I’ve only bought one PS3 game since I bought the system in January. There are some great titles like Motorstorm and Ninja Gaiden and Rainbow Six but I’m pretty picky about what I buy when I get enjoy most games for a cheap rental. However, during the rest of this year, I honestly expect to buy roughly 10 titles. The games are just too good.

MINOR UPDATE: Added Wipeout HD. LBP only has beta in 2007 with final release in ’08.

  5. I am floored by some of the footage that has been shown… I was looking forward to gta, half life 2 and home… but it looks like I am about to go broke cause there is alot coming out that just looks like I need to have it… I waited for 2 something years for the ps3… and now almost a year for some real game play… it looks like it is here… with all that said… I am happy in ways that I can not talk about… BOING … if you know what I mean !

  7. Inspectre

Gamespot’s been having the BEST time talking to Sony for the last several hours straight from their live feed. There’s just SO MUCH going on with Sony it would take DAYS just to cover it all. Awesomeness!

  8. derrickgott007

I can’t wait for Little Big Planet and Socom Confrontation and WARHAWK.
Man this is about to get good! Gaming on the PS3 is about to take off!

  9. We need to put several of these lists on the wiki:

    PS3 Upcoming Exclusives of 2007
    All PS3 Exclusives
Games that use HD audio (greater quality than 5.1 Dolby Digital)

  10. Wipeout: Added.
Pain/Echochrome: No release date. May not be in 2007.
Socom: Was already on the list.

  11. I’m bummed. Where’s White Knight Story?

  12. If Sony announced every game they have they wouldn’t have much new to show at TGS and E for All.

Several games were missing. Some might be to far off and other held till other shows.

  13. White Knight Story is a 2008 release. Lots of their big titles are 2008, hence not on this ’07 list:

    MGS4
    GT5
    Killzone 2
    The Agency
    FFXIII
    Getaway
    Infamous
    etc
