					<description>eh, I had the same feeling when I played it the first time.  But being an 80's child, this game brought back lots of memories, and the song selection, although not top notch, seems to grab good songs from lots of different styles.  
I do have the Golden Earring complaint as well, but that version was from the 70s, so that wouldnt exactly fit in the 80s version.
Anyway, play it a few times, do some co-op.. the bass rift on Rader Love is awesome to play, and you should see the game is the same quality as 2, not top notch songs, but worth it to play.
venues and extra chars, eh, you dont really look at the background when you play anyway.  I mean look at the screen for rock band.  they dont care that the screen is all user information and not much background.  and either do i.</description>
