I never undrerstood the humor of MGS, and I never will. These little ‘fun’ things ruin it for me (and yes, even the barrel roll that’s litterally in a barrel that is seen in the single player MGS game) . But I can understand people who like it.
looks fun, hand to hand combat seems a little clumbsy, but it oftern does in mgs without alot of practice.
Those little funny things in mgs are sort of a trademark of the mgs universe, things like hiding in a cardboard box, or dropping dirty magazines and the zzz from sleeping soldiers all come together into mgs’s slightly over the top universe.
