Kinda sad when even a PS3 fan site starts to have a majority of articles that are negative one way or another.

But I do wish they would add at least 2-3 PSOne titles a week.

Good post.

The Only PS1 games that I still genuinely want to play: Oddworld 1+2 and Bushido Blade 2. The sequels to those games were horrible; both the Xbox Oddworld games and the PS2 Kengo games were just terrible.

There were other amazing PS1 games, like Crash, MGS1, FF7, GT2, but the next-gen sequels were better, and I'd rather play those.

Licensing costs man. Licensing costs.
In the U.S. companys gouge bigtime.
On top of that there seems to be this idea that Americans are ignorant of technology. They probably think the cost of providing a large library of downloadable classic games will not be made back due to poor sales to the techno-doofus americans. Have you taken a look at the slick and useful style of the JP SONY site? It amkes the US site look like advertising garbage.
Why can't North America get a SONY website that doesn't insult our intelligence?
The whole situation makes me want to pack my shit and move to Osaka.

Yep i agree with that, Metal Gear Soild alone would be amazing not to mention FFVII.

I havent got a PSP yet waiting until early next year when the remote play and PS3-PSP connectivity is fully there but playing these games during a lunch break or whilest traveling would really make the Sony offering quite different to Microsoft or Nintendo they dont have anything like this at the moment.....and now that Lair has set the trend for PS3 games to remote play things are looking interesting.

Silent hill 2 is on ps2. I agree though, I mean, it cant be that difficult to add some more intresting things on ps store. It feels frustrating when the ps3 is not used at its full potential.
