I don’t think the date they picked is coincidental. 6th of December is Saint Nicholas’s day (over here it is anyway).

Santa Claus comes from Saint Nicholas, Santa Claus was invented by the super market chain Marcy’s or Macy’s in the 1950’s. I just whish they would’ve gotten the date right too

Anyway it gives me something to look forward too

In the UK it’s always been dd/mm/yyyy for everything.

Well, it really depends on where you are really^^ In “commercial” use, the MMMM/DD/YYYY is used, but in casual talk in Germany, you say “14th July 2007″ or whatever.

First I read that, I didn’t see ‘07, so I though “wth, why does GTA4 come out on 12th June”?

I take it the new trailer is going to be on December 6th 2007 and not June 12th 2007?

In the USA we use this format, Month/Day/Year…apparently ya’ll use Day/Month/Year.

Well, in Germany that would make sense, as the game is going to be getting a high age rating and advertising for it also then falls under that category, even if nothing from the game is shown…

I think GT just plays it safe that way though
