With UT3 now a no-go for me, I have to look elsewhere for my next 4 player splitscreen shoot-em-up. The only contender seems to be Haze, which also has some cool co-op gameplay capabilities. Check those out in this video:

This video doesn’t look all that great, but of course when playing in multiplayer mode your going to lose some of the picture quality (its also a SD vid). I still have high hopes for this game, and I’m glad that it got pushed into 2008 so they have time to make it better.

The game for all split screen enthusiests. I most likely won’t be playing split screen, but it’s good to know others will have a choice.

Also keep an eye out for Conflict:Denied Ops.. which is 2 player co-op splitscreen, or 4 player splitscreen teamplay. Don’t know release date tho.
