Top Secret 2009 Title
There are tons of top-secret products under development that we don’t know about yet. Some of them will be amazing, and most others will fail to live up to their sky high ambitions; that’s just how it works.
Normally, such secret projects aren’t worth talking about until we can really talk about them, but this is just interesting enough to mention.
BBC says:
So what else was I shown? Well, I was shown a trailer for a game not due out till 2009 but was sworn to absolute secrecy. Apparently, Sony just wanted to give a glimpse of what the console will be capable of.
In fact, the game is such a secret that when I mentioned the game to Phil Harrison last week he was unsure at first whether even to admit the title existed. When I explained I had been shown it under strict Non Disclosure Agreement terms he looked relieved.
I don’t mean to be a tease - all I can say is that I was left speechless. If the footage I was shown truly is “in game”, as told to me by the Sony PR people, then we could be on the brink of a step change in what games consoles are capable of in terms of story-telling and immersion.
Is this Heavy Rain? A PS3 God of War? The ICO game? Something else we already know about? Something completely different?
Talking about something that can’t be talked about is lame, but I can’t help but be a little bit excited 
Not to take the discussion to the shotbox, but come on..? Nobody likes all games, its that simple. Some like the mother, other like the daughter

Besides, people already know about Heavy Rain - not exactly a Top Secret title.

You had to mention God of War… I’m the most excited I’ve been for a game in a long while for the PSP version due out in a little over a week! I couldn’t contain myself if a PS3 God of War hit! Or Kingdom Hearts 3… either one of those. At least we know they’re coming.

If it’s top secret and merely mentionning the name had Phil worried of a leak, it means it’s not something we know of, and it’s not a sequel either.

Well, considering that Heavy Rain was merely a tech demo and we don’t know if it really was the title of the game, it COULD have been Heavy Rain…
Interpreting the article by the BBC, it sounds, like it is NOT a sequel, hence is can’t be anything like KZ2 or GoW3.

Hmmm…Twisted Metal is still pretty much unkown, right ?? I know it’s coming, but it hasn’t been talked about that much just yet.

How about this… “New IP”, that would be something that blows my socks off, or maybe it’s the illustrious “Safari” that was showcased some times before, but nobody knows wtf it’s about
