Insomniac is on fire. On the PS2, these guys were the best developers that no one heard of. Now, Insomniac is one of the best and most respected PS3 studios. They have a reputation for consistently releasing a high quality game every year.

Now, in addition to their Burbank, California studios, they’re opening a satellite studio in Raleigh, NC (Unreal devs Epic are located there). That will open them up to east coast talent in addition to California talent. They’ve said that the new studio will be focused on PS3 development with both new and existing IPs. I can’t wait to see what else these guys produce.
