Very nice footage. Thankfully, this games does have animal on animal violence, which makes this a lot more interesting. Phil Harrison previously said this would be a fully non-violent game, but going by this trailer, that’s not the case.

I would care but it’s not getting released in Europe.
Thanks a lot Sony.

That really isnt what Phil meant about non-violent. I believe he was thinking more you cause and create the violence, where as here it is just nature taking its course. This is an amazing concept for a game and it will be intresting to see the online shots from everyone. Count me in.

I hope this gets released in the west.
I agree Jerry, but animals tearing each other part and eating each other is pretty darn violent and bloody.

but it’s instinctly natural to them. We kill out of hate.
Anyway, from the looks of it, it’s not a game, but more of an interactive encyclopedia. If it’s download only and runs for $20-$30 it’ll probably be worth it. Definitely could be used as a learning tool.

Unfortunately there are no plans to release it outside Japan. WHY?!!! Why do great looking titles like these never come out in the west?

I find Sony’s decision on this game to be quite strange. It originated in Europe, I believe, and will published by SCEA… but will only be available in Japan?
“Those in the know” over at Gamespot have it listed as ‘cancelled’!!!
