Saints Row Blasts GTA
What do you guys think?
It’s a funny jab at GTA. However, some of the humor crosses the line from sarcastic and funny to obnoxious and irritating. It reminds me of watching real 12-year old children trying to imitate South Park characters. Regardless, it’s good to see Saint’s Row taking the game in a slightly different direction than GTA: more of a focus of free-form sandbox mayhem rather than a more serious story, city, and crime game. I can see the two games cater to a different crowd. This seems to be a way better GTA clone than the Getaways or True Crimes of the past.
(after 3 weeks... but for 23.5€ I cannot remotely complain!)

Saints Row 2? More like Skid Row Poo.
Yeah, I went there.
On a less serious note, if I had to make a straight choice between ANY of the GTA games and Saints Row, I would choose ANY GTA game every single time.

I think it’s funny that Whacko Jack Thomson is always bashing GTA and R* and T2 and leaves Saints Row and THQ out of the picture. I think he is obsessed
