Major Game Titles in FY 2008

This is directly from this presentation from Sony. Fiscal year 2008 is from now up through March 2009.

Two points of interest:

White Knight Chronicles is shipping between now and March 2009
Afrika is considered a major game (and not a mini-screensaver like Aqua Vita)

I really hope Sony has some real surprises and new game unveilings for us at E3.

I thought Afrika would only come to Japan and not EU and USA territories?

Well, SCEE said, they wouldn’t publish it, if I remember correctly… if so, it could mean, they “outsource” publishing… Square did that for FFX and FFXII in Germany… (was published by Koch Multimedia)

White Knight MUST come soon… I am starving for jRPGs here…

White Knight this fiscal year is good enough for me. Bring it on and I hope they fixed some of the problems with it.

Pc : @Blackstaffer and anybody else who wants to know....I have those trigger attachments for both of my controllers and they work great! It feels weird playing without them now.
Trev : can't say my fingers have ever slipped off the shoulder buttons but i have read about people liking them.
Emrah : Another Sony screw-up. With the new interface, you cannot create a sub-account for people over 18. This is stupid. In the license agreement, it says you can, but sub-account choices are not displayed at all if you pick an over 18 age. Please advise..

Tosh Hatch : You just beat the single player campaign. And FYI they are working on more DLC already for the game.

Rjcc : same here, I'm glad for a demo so I cna give it a try, cuz I didn't like the previous mgs games, so I wouldn't just buy right off
Glitch : As strange as it might seem, MGS4 isn't that high on my list at the moment. I'm downloading the demo as we type, but I'm not sure if I want to play it. Because I will play the whole game at some point and don't really want to ruin any surprises.
Burten : in that case, start downloading, dude! (or just buy the game, it IS really good)

Burten : @ Tosh : Aint the Killzone beta going public these days..? Have a look around. But for the MGS demo.. Isn´t that kinda few months late?
Glitch : The Metal Gear Solid demo is on the European store as well. So you can get it there.
Rjcc : is the mgs4 demo on the japan store in english at all? I'd like to try it out
