Fallout 3 will probably be the next full game I get. In the mean time I will re-play Metal Gear again, or maybe try and finish Oblivion.

I've got early access to SOCOM and Motorstorm through the Qore package, so if those games are worth it I may go for them as well.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

Little Big Planet and Valkyria Chronicles for me. Will probably go pick-up at least one other game based on five minutes of demo play a lazy sunday afternoon as well.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

There are sooo many games that are supposed to come out in October, it's not even funny ! That's too much money to spend ! I wish so many good games didn't come out all in the same month.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

I am getting LBP and Resistance 2.

As for the rest of the PS3 games mentioned until now, they are all in kingdom of Maybe. But as my desire for more games arise and their price is reduced I am certain to buy several of them, for instance Motorstorm 2, Bioshock, Mirro's Edge etc.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

(sorry, it ate the last half way through)

Resistance 2 (R1 was great - single player that is), and LBP definitely (if only to make my ninty fanboi 'arteist' friend-who-has-always-wanted-to-make-a-weird-game-but-can't, jealous - 'it should have been on wii' he keeps saying. Actually I'm looking forward to the user content (I sure hope the censorship is very limited - imagine the potential for political satire as well as novel game ideas/etc) and making some utterly ugly and boring-to-play creations myself, but pissing him off is a nice bonus ;-) Valkyria Chronicles, almost certainly too - the clips just look too gorgeous. Although I probably wont get anything until I can get them for less than $100, as a personal protest against the arse-reaming we get here on game prices. There's no prize for buying a game first after all, and I can always wait (and being summer I will have other things to do with my time anyway).

Motorstorm 2 - probably, I don't really play 1 much (the frustrating truck races killed it for me), but I get suckered in with things like this. Same for Wipeout HD, even though i've never been a fan of future-rocket-racers. Actually I think I just talked myself out of Wipeout - I actually quite dislike rocket racers.

Originally Mirrors Edge looked crap (to me), but I have to admit some of the more recent media out there has me at least intrigued. Bioshock probably rounds it out as a maybe as well - since nobody I know has a xbox 360, I haven't even seen it.

Flower - probably not. I'm still trying to work out why I bought their first game - nothing else to buy at the time I guess - and don't really want to get burnt without a demo again (although to be honest I played it more than calling all cars). Same goes for PAIN. Well I know why I bought that - bored and I felt like wasting some money. They took a bit of a hit and miss idea and ticked all the boxes on it - and came up with something competently dull, it really feels more like a tech demo for a physics engine than a game.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

I know it doesn't count since it comes out in 2009 but it's awesomeness is above any calender limitations. God of War 3 is looking to be my most anticipated game... ever. So I'll toss that in as well, I've already put my money down on the pre-order so it kinda counts for this year even if I have to wait forever to actually play it... at least it feels like forever. March can't come soon enough.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)

We've currently been eyeing these games...

Resistance 2 (only if it has split screen co-op)
Call of Duty 5 ("")
Scene It 2
Gears of War 2
Lego Batman

I was going to give Little Big Planet a look when it came out, but instead I opted to go for Banjo and Kazooie - Nuts and Bolts mostly because of the $40 price tag and the nice *free* pre-order bonus of the original N64 game. I was already planning on buying that so it seemed like too good of a deal to pass up. I think LBP looks like the better retail game, but neither one was high on my anticipation list and they both seem to offer similar types of free-form gameplay so I didn't want to buy both.

Possibly Fallout 3 or Fable 2, kinda up in the air which I want more. Both look good and I might opt for both. It's just hard to find much time to play any single player game none the less games that require that much time. I'm still waiting to pick up Mass Effect and if money becomes an issue I might opt for that finally as it should be even cheaper by then. Also my wife really likes Pure so that might end up being a purchase for her.
Current score: 0 (to vote for this comment, please visit the site)
