Hi George,

I have PS2 Buzz and have tried the PS3 version as well. Of course I can't be 100 percent sure, but none of the questions I have tried have been the same.

You can use your PS2 buzzers with the PS3 version, so if you don't mind the cords, you only need to buy the PS3 version of Buzz withouth the buzzers.

I picked up PS2 Buzz and Hollywood for 15$ each the other day. They are pretty fun. So far I think we have gone through maybe 2% of the questions in 4-5 sessions.

I'll probably get PS3 buzz, maybe after the first price drop. Does anyone know if the questions are all new in this edition?

Yes, there is definitely a lot of variety. The disc ships with lots of categories and lots of questions. Then there are extra DLC packs, which look good, and then there are user-generated questions, which I haven't had a chance to check out.

I never played PS2 Buzz. I haven't played a quiz game since You Don't Know Jack on PC, which was roughly ten years ago, and this is a major improvement.

Ya, I liked the PS2 Buzz. I may get this one later, seems like a great party game. Does it have a lot of variety as far as question categories?
