It Removes Voice Chat and Unlocked Items. But I heard if you play the game where you unlocked those items once they will come back. I haven’t tried this myself yet.
It also fixes the issue with C-931 error, for those of you having trouble logging on.
Dont know if its only EU or not, but the Diesel Shop has some free clothes as well.
