Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone here is up for a PS3Blog gamer’s night? I was thinking maybe CoD4 because lots of people have that.
Tomorrow (tue06jan08) at 10pm EST will be our first attempt. If you can join us tomorrow night, that’s great. If not, then maybe some other time, because I’m going to try to make this a regular thing. If you have a headset, please use it but try to cut down on the background noise. Maybe we could all use the “PSB” clan tag??? And please please PLEASE try to keep things civil, just like we do here on this site!
Please reply to this post so that Tosh or I can add you as a friend so we can add you to our party. I’m Blackstaffer and Tosh is xBerserker. Look for us online tomorrow night in CoD4 at 10pm EST.
Oh, and never having really tried to organize anything like this before, suggestions are welcome.

Since I live in Turkey, it will be 5 am here, plus I have my full day shift at the hospital. I hope it goes well for you guys! Still, do not hesitate to add “hesido” to your list. I may be available during weekends at reasonable shared hours. Unless there’s substantial amount of european guys ready to do some multiplayer, do not change any schedule. You can’t make everyone happy!

I added my nick to the online id page, it’s logical indeed to notify with ps3blog in the message in a request..
For accross-the-pond participation, weekends could be an option, and a time like 21:00 gmt (15:00 us/central) could be chosen. But this may not also be good for people with families who’d rather spend quality time with families. Tricky situation indeed, but we could have separate european and US parties. I am not sure we’re that many, tho.

Humm, this might be a chance to meet the infamous Henning. Iam usually Mr. Negative around here so Iam not sure how welcome I might be. Everyone thinks Iam canadian (my voice) so I think I will be fine. I dont have Cod4 anymore but I might be able to rent it. I do have Cod:waw, and R2 though.

I’d love to join too, but that time isn’t UK friendly.
How about something early evening in Europe on a weekend, say 8pm GMT. That way, most of the western world is covered at sociable hours.

You could split it up into several regions say for instance Europe could be split up into the UK and mainland Europe.
