But I must say, that after a quick sojourn to youtube I must say, that I actually do know the Wouldn’t It Be Nice song by Beach Boys. Haven’t heard it in quite a while though.
And yeah, it fits Henning’s Lyrics much better. So I admit defeat in the “Naming the real song”-madeup contest.

lol, my parents don’t have any beach boys albums AFAIK, but it is a song everyone knows and probably doesn’t realize it lol. I’m only 23, but I only listen to classic rock, stuff that is either just as old as I or older.

And I am 35. But being European I might not be all that knowledgeable about The Beach Boys. I like a lot of their songs though.
And I listen to a lot of music, from the mid-sixites to now and spanning almost all genres.
