F1 Game in 2010
Posted by Blackstaffer in F1 2010, QuickNews on April 23rd, 2009
If you’re waiting for a F1 game for the PS3, like I am (I didn’t like the first one), you’ll have to wait a while longer. Codemasters has said that their F1 game won’t appear on the PS3/360 until 2010.

Celebrate Earth Day with the PlayStation Store
Posted by Tosh in PLAYSTATION Store, PSN, Video Download on April 22nd, 2009

Check out the video section on the PlayStation Store, April 22nd. For every “unique paid transaction” made on the PlayStation Store Sony will donate $1 to Conservation International, with a maximum contribution of $10,000.
Conservation International is a nonprofit organization that seeks to protect Earth’s high-biodiversity wilderness areas and important marine regions around the globe.
There is also a “Save Our Earth” section on the game side of the store with unique titles. If you haven’t purchased Flower, do it. It’s a great game.

And we are also pleased to reveal that one of the most environmentally friendly video games will indeed becoming to PlayStation Network North America. Trash Panic (Gomibako in Japan) will becoming to PSN this Spring… more details to come here on the blog.
Looking interesting, I’ll be keeping my eye on this one.
Upcoming KZ2 Features

SMUG ON
In a recent post discussing the latest patch (which is now live), there was this tidbit about what’s coming in future patches:
There has been a lot of discussion on the forums about the lack of a ‘party system’ in Killzone 2 and rest assured, we are working hard on creating features that will make it easier for you to play with your friends online. These features include being able to join the same faction of a friend already in-game directly from the join game menus, manually being able to switch faction during gameplay and making existing squads consistent over multiple rounds; no more need to create a new squad every single round. These features will be coming to a patch near you soon!
I love to say “I told you so”. Keeping squads consistent over multiple rounds was one of my suggestions for improving KZ2, yet I had some naysayers saying it wouldn’t be feasible blah blah blah. Now I see it as an upcoming feature and I have to say I feel a bit vindicated.
SMUG OFF
Kojima – Do you want Zone Of Enders 3?
Posted by Tosh in Zone of Enders 3 on April 21st, 2009

Hell yes! As do so many others I’m sure. Zone of Enders 2 was in my top 3 favorite games on the PS2. And honestly ever since every mech game has paled in comparison control wise since to me. Hearing this news makes me want to go back and play this game again
This question was brought up in the latest podcast only available from within Metal Gear Solid 4 titled – MGS4 Integral Podcast Episode 8. “Shadow Moses: Heliport” walkthrough.
Download Instructions:
To download, select EXTRAS > ONLINE > INTEGRAL PODCAST from the Metal Gear Solid 4 title screen. Listen by equipping the iPod® item in-game.
MGS series art director Aki Saito ended the topic with this:
If there’s so many people wanting to see Zone of the Enders, why not put the priority on top, a little further up, you know, but we just want to know.
So let your voice be heard! Tell your friends, your enemies, anyone. Just leave your comments here – http://www.kjp.konami.jp/gs/hideoblog_e/2009/04/000168.html#comment
BTW, if you haven’t heard of Zone of Enders 2, here is a trailer.

New Tekken 6 Trailer
Pretty sweet trailer, Tekken CGI is always top notch. I can’t wait to get my hands on this game.
I wonder if Yoshimitsu has a new gas type attack?
I assume the reason it has the 360 logo and not the PS3 at the end is because this trailer came from the Microsoft Japan Spring Conference.
