		<description>No Sleepy... the PAL PS3s ALWAYS emulated the EE in software. Only the GS remained (remember the outcry?), because emulating that one is MAJOR work, as it is a VERY quirky chip.</description>

		<description>I hope it comes back. Honestly I use the memory card reader more than PS2 Backwards Compatibility right now. But it&#039;s nice to have for when you need it, that&#039;s for sure.</description>
