So, who was expecting this? The game was supposed to be announced at the San Diego Comic Con, but slipped through a couple days early. For those of you who’ve never heard of or seen the show, it airs on Cartoon Network, during it’s Adult Swim lineup. The premise of the show is about the death metal band Dethklok. They are extremely famous, their shows are brutal, and their fans would do the craziest things to see them.

The show depicts lots of death sequences, from hot coffee pouring onto a crowd, and melting the skin off their faces and stuff to raising a death troll that destroys an entire village. I’d say there’s really not one show when there aren’t at least 100 people dying, and it’s only about a 13 minute run time (season 3 will have half-hour shows supposedly). Anyway, not much has been revealed about the game, besides it being developed by Konami and will be released on both the PlayStation Store and XBox Live marketplace.
