If you pre-order Guitar Hero 5 from Amazon you get Guitar Hero Van Halen free plus a $5 Amazon mp3 credit toward music tracks from the game (and another regular $5 Amazon mp3 credit) and a $10 Amazon Credit on all pre-orders. Not sure how long the $10 credit is lasting though.
