With God of War Collection on the horizon and a possible Team Ico Collection, its led most of us to wish other games would follow suit. Nothing like playing the classics in 720p, some AA, extras and trophies.
What series would you want most, to be made into a collection on blu-ray? Gives some ideas of extras you’d like to see.
Me personally…I’d like to see FF1-FF12 on 1 blu-ray disk with a play arts action figure bundled with it. Give 12 differnet versions for each main character for each FF. So I could go buy the Final Fantasy collection with the Cloud action figure while someone else could by the collection with a Squall action figure and so on. Perhaps give anyone who purchases it early FFXIV beta access.

For those of us with reverse compatible PS3s, these aren’t an issue as the can all be picked up on eBay for a price. However, I’d love to see the Red Faction or Time Splitters games redone! Also, it’s not quite a collection / series of retro games, but Sony would be crazy not to remaster Shadow of the Colossus at some point. Also, I still love playing old GTA games, and remastering them would be a great chance to add a new alternate control scheme or targeting system, etc..

How could I of fogotten Metal Gear.
Though I would love for them to completely redo the Metal Gear series with MG4 engine. If they re-released them with 720p and AA even the original MGS for the PS1 would be a good play through again.
So first Metal Gear series. Then the Onimusha series.

Jonaskin’s list pretty much mimics what I would go for. Silent Hill series could do with it too.
On an unrelated note, I’d love to see Insomniac and Naughty Dog work together and make a super platformer that stars Ratchet and Clank & Jak and Daxter!

I would love to see my old PS2 favorites remastered on PS3, but I’d rather see completely new sequels or new IPs.
Manhunt and Amplitude are probably the only two of my favorite PS2 games that don’t have a proper PS3 sequel or spiritual successor.
GTA, Ratchet & Clank, Guitar Hero, and Metal Gear Solid were my PS2 favorites, but those all have superior PS3 sequels.
Jak & Daxter was great, but I’d rather see a full PS3 sequel or more Uncharted or new IP stuff instead of back catalog remakes.

Great Game didn’t get enough attention the first time. Good combat engine.
Ratchet-All of them, This is a no Brainer. Make it PSN only. They could even split the game into two parts. Price it properly and it’ll sell.
Final Fantasy 1-5. High rez sprites would be awesome. Formated for HD would be great. The don’t have to change the cinematics, They just have to rerun them. Summons may need to be redone but all the localization is already done. No need to.
DarkCloud 1-2. Rouge Galaxy. Level 5 needs to step it up for the PS3.
Radiata Stories. I always thought this could be an episodic RPG. Each episode traveling to a new land and killing monsters solving puzzles.
Level 5 Bring Layton to the PS3.
Castlevania- USe the full HD screen.

And it would be great that new sony ngp(psp2) can be conected into ps3 and in the future to ps4 and all psp games can be supported on ngp . Also all ps,ps2,ps3 games can will run on ps4 but this is only a crazy idea……………
