This Week’s Home Update | PS3Blog.net

It seems like PlayStation Home is really catching its stride, and offering up new content every week. This week, there’s a bunch of free videos available, including clips from games and episodes of before-they-hit-cable TV series, and even full-length episodes from other programs.

Between November 12th and 19th, courtesy of FUNimation, the first full episode of Full Metal Alchemist Season 2 will be available to watch in the theater. You can also download shows from the PlayStation Store if the show interests you. Also airing this Friday is a never before seen video of Final Fantasy XIII, also in the theater.

Sony and A&E Entertainment also teamed up to bring an advanced screening of their new series Steven Seagal: Lawman, which will also be shown in the theater. And just for watching, you also unlock the free virtual item, “Lawman Vest”. The show doesn’t hit TV until December 2nd, so this is a pretty advanced screening :P.

Also coming to the Mall tomorrow is a whole collection of Assassin’s Creed-related clothing, including hats, shirts, hoodies and wristbands to coincide with the launch of their next two titles, Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines and Assassin’s Creed II. There will be even more virtual goods next week as well.
