Blu-ray Releases for the Week of 11.23.09

I read the Angels & Demons Book and I gotta say I was very disappointed in the movie. I was excited to see the hassassin on the big screen. But they choose somebody the polar opposite from the book. That bugged me every time he showed up. The main thing that ruined it for me was they took out all the good action from the book! As far as everything looked they did a good job. The original Ghost in the Shell movie has been remastered for Blu-ray. I bet that would look great. Anything for you this week?

RespawnAction has gotten a hold of the back cover for Heavy Rain, which reveals that the game will require a 4GB install, so make sure you have space for it!

In a recent interview with Ultimania Magazine SE's Yoshinori Kitase has downplayed any chances of a FFVII remake graceing the PS3. He's quoted as saying that “It is very hard to make games on PlayStation 3 in the same style as the games in that era had. Making graphics will take enormous time."

The past few weeks, word has been buzzing around about the name 'Arc' being the name of the motion controller. According to IGN, SCEA's director of corporate communications Patrick Seybold confirmed the name, but only as a code name. It is still currently unnamed at this point, but at least it's some kind of confirmation.
