UK's usage terms were changed within the last couple days. I just received an email stating they were changed (the email address I used to create my euro PSN account). Here's the email in full:

Dear PlayStation(R)Network user

When you registered for PlayStation(R)Network, you accepted our Terms of Service and User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service and User Agreement contains important provisions about your activity in PlayStation(R)Network and your purchases from PlayStation(R)Store. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use it.

We have recently made some changes to the Terms of Service and User Agreement and Privacy Policy to improve them and to reflect updates to the services available on PlayStation(R)Network.

We encourage you to review our updated Terms of Service and User Agreement and Privacy Policy at http://eu.playstation.com/legal. If you have access to the PlayStation(R)Store, you can also view them via the links at the foot of every page of the PlayStation(R)Store.

The revised Terms of Service and User Agreement and Privacy Policy will apply to all future use of PlayStation(R)Network by you and your Sub Accounts.

Thank you,

PlayStation Network Europe Limited

"The second category, called Local Content, once installed on a PlayStation®3 system by the account that purchased it, can be accessed by other accounts on that same PlayStation®3 system."

Sorry for jumping the gun, so the games you buy are deemed local content.

This also means, you cannot access the game from another account in your PS3. Bought Critter Crunch? You should also buy it for your children if they want to keep their identity when playing the game. This really, really blows.

"can only be accessed by one activated PlayStation®3 system per day and only by the account through which the Network Content was purchased."

This blows. Less PSN purchases from me and my brother, because we split the games costs. Now, we'll buy much less, rest assured, Sony. This is what you get with digital content delivery. Your rights can be revoked at any given time.
