Nobunaga’s Ambition Online Set for PS3

Add another MMORPG to the PS3 list thanks to Koei. During a press conference held yesterday in Tokyo, Koei announced that Nobunaga’s Ambition Online will be heading to the PS3 next year. Nobunaga’s Ambition is currently available only in Japan for the PS2 and PC. Good news but I doubt this game will be released overseas. Source

LittleBigPlanet Update 1.21 Leerdammer is live.

As previously mentioned LittleBigPlanet recieved another cheesy upgrade which is now live. The patch improves matchmaking, adds online create mode and a host of other improvements. A full list can be found here;

New Releases for the Week of 11-29-09

Another pretty dry week. Apparently, the Avatar game is looking pretty good according to those who have played the demo. I guess we’ll have to see what happens there, because we all know what usually happens when a video game is based off of a movie that’s released the same week of the game. Another cool bit, though, is that the Saboteur will be released in Europe later this week. Hopefully it will get good reviews, because that’s a game I, myself, am looking forward to.

The Weekly Recap (November 22-28)

No surprise here, but we only had a total of 14 articles submitted last week. Thanks to Thanksgiving out here in the states haha (in fact, we had no submissions for Thursday). Hope those that celebrated enjoyed themselves, though! As for what’s been going on, it doesn’t look like a whole lot. There’s a few deals to be found from retailers here and there and Darrin has an Impressions article on the new Ratchet and Clank game, and a few details on DLC for a few games.

For being the holiday season. new releases are relatively dry right now. Everyone feared that now would be a bad time to release, but there are only just a small handful of big-name games (Uncharted 2, Assassin’s Creed II, and Modern Warfare 2) and the early part of next year is looking really congested, especially on the PS3 side of things.

Anyway, onto the main course:

Not a whole lot going on in the Community really. Luke had decided to start contributing news, though, and his article will be the first on the list on next week’s recap.
