Bandai Namco reported mounting losses Tuesday . After recording a ¥11.74 billion ($129.88 million) loss for the first nine months of  fiscal year 2009 and declining revenues for the period, Bandai Namco announced it’s plan to begin restructuring the company at the start of the next fiscal year in April 2010. The restructuring plan includes cutting 10% of the companies total workforce.
