IGN interviewed Shu Yoshida, and in the interview, and when asked about battery life, he stated that the Move controller itself will have a 10 hour life on a full charge, whereas the sub controller will have a 30 hour life. Not bad.

for sure. Compared to the Wii, it’s great, seeing as I can barely get 5 hours of play out of a charge sometimes.
