A Sega representative issued a statement to Industry Gamers confirming that it has shut down Sega Studios San Francisco.  Sega Studios San Francisco (formerly Secret Level) is the studio behind Golden Axe: Beast Rider and Iron Man 2. Even with the studio’s closure, Sega still plans to release the video game adaptation of Iron Man 2 on May 4th.
