As it turns out, here’s the big reveal PSM3 teased about earlier. Warner Bros. Interactive dropped by the presswire to let us all know that F.E.A.R. 3 is on its way to the PS3, Xbox 360, and the PC.
And what would a F.E.A.R. game be without Alma? Yep, she’s in the game and they all get a big boost of spook from legendary horror director John Carpenter (Halloween, Village of the Damned), and horror comic and scriptwriter Steve Niles (30 Days of Night). Niles co-wrote the game’s script, while John Carpenter provided his talents for the in-game cinematics.
You get to play as super-soldier Point Man or his telekinetic brother, Paxton Fettel, in a new “divergent co-op mode”. In this style of play, players will have distinctly different abilities affecting their own play as well as the experience of their co-op partner. Development will be handled by Day 1 Studios, now that Monolith is out of the picture.
F.E.A.R. 3 is targeting a Fall release for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

This was a big world exclusive reveal? I remember hearing about this a week ago.
Is anyone excited for this? I thought Monolith’s (Fear developer) Tron was far better. It seems like this series has a fairly narrow niche audience.
