		<description>No the update does not fix the problem with the import version of BBC Life on US PS3&#039;s (with or without a 50Hz capable TV). I do not understand why this was said on a few difference blogs now.  Gonna have to keep waiting for that June 1 North America release.</description>

		<description>Yeah, they basically changed it to mirror Nintendo&#039;s change to their user agreement. I got an email yesterday morning from Sony with all the details of the change to the UA that seemed to highlight the changes.</description>

Didn&#039;t really read what was going on and didn&#039;t realize what happened until I saw the &quot;Downloading update&quot; screen. I was just brushing my teeth and saw from the corner of my eye that something had popped up but figured it was a &quot;could not connect&quot; error and hit the button.</description>
