The next installment to the Assassin’s Creed franchise will star Eizo from the previous game as he fights against the Templar Order. In Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood you’ll  be able to “lead your own brotherhood of Assassins and strike at the heart of the enemy: Rome.”

Also new in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will be an “innovative multiplayer feature” that will allow you to“embody an assassin of your choosing and define their killing style.”

While Ubisoft has stated that they plan to reveal more details about AC:B next week, Kotaku  is reporting that Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will be available on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC sometime this fall.

I was rather hoping for a new historical period, a new cast, etc. How about Enlightenment-era France? Versailles, Paris, Marseilles…

Now will the game be Multiplayer only or is that just an extra for the game? I like the single player experience from Assassin’s Creed and don’t see how multiplayer can make it better…

I was hoping this would be a PSP game like AC Bloodlines and the next console sequel would just be ACIII…

Capture the flag would be awesome in AC. So would a death match type game of Assassins vs Templars. I can definitely see how multiplayer could play out in AC.

It’s just a game to keep us into the franchise before Assassin’s Creed III is released next year.

now I just need them to make Driver: San Francisco official lol.

but seriously, essentially creating an assassin that fits your style online is actually really cool.
