Earthworm Jim HD Next Week | PS3Blog.net

Gameloft has been busy updating Earthworm Jim with fresh, HD graphics (while still keeping the game generally intact) and will be making the title available to PSN users this Tuesday. Besides the new graphics, they’ve also gotten 2-4 player co-op working on the title (you can see how that works in the trailer) as well as 3 exclusive new levels never before seen in the game.

Man I miss the old 16-bit era.

  1. Awesome, I thought this was just coming to the Xbox?

  2. apparently, not anymore, as this was posted on the Official blog lol

  3. XBLA got it first…

  4. Jonaskin

Euro store got it last night, I downloaded it (and there’s a demo if anyone wants to try it out also). Very very cool, graphics are beautiful, just as good as it ever played on the Megadrive.

My only complaint is the music. It’s awful. The CD version of the original Earthworm Jim (I had it for both Megadrive and Win95 way back in the day) had incredible music and I don’t know why they didn’t just reuse that. The new remixes are nowhere near as good,

  5. EARTHWORM JIM!!!!! I loved that game! Now all we need is a new Crash Bandicut.

  6. Surprised they haven’t made a new Crash.

  7. I heard that if you said Crash 3 times they will made a remake…

  8. Hell yeah, now I dont have to get it for that other system that I dont use. I use my genesis and super nintendo more haha.

  9. YODADDY

    NICE…
