Rumors have been flying around the ‘net regarding Insomniac Games’ newest project. Is it another Ratchet? Another Resistance? A new IP all together? Will it be PS3 exclusive? Those questions will all be answered in less than a month from now.

Am I the only one hoping for a new IP rather than a sequel from Insomniac?

Nope. I also hope it’s a new IP.
I found the Ratchet and Clank games too childish and easy to keep my attention. With the exception for the first one. Resistance was too linear and again easy so I never picked up the second one.
Something original would be good for them as well.

From some of the blips I’ve heard it sounds like it might be a new IP.

I’m hoping it’s Resistance 3. I’m looking forward to a new IP as well, but want to see how that story ends.
