Another Lengthy Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Trailer With Commentary

This game looks amazing as we have all said. What is also amazing is the fact that it is going to be released in just under a week on Oct 5, here in the US. Anyone with PS+ in Europe play the Demo yet? Thoughts>?

Not sure how many of you have seen this came but here’s a little game called Slam Bolt Scrappers. It’s going to be released in early 2011 and it’s going to be a PS3 Exclusive. This is also the first of hopefully many for the Fire Hose Games Team.

FIFA 11 UK Price Update

There are many UK gamers currently waiting for the supermarkets to show their hands when it comes to the ever predicted price war for the long awaited FIFA 11. Well, with the sports game only a little over 24 hours away from being launched, ASDA has shown one half of their paper by announcing a price of £29.97 on their ASDA Entertainment website – of course that comes with Free Delivery.
However, to entice gamers to buy from them, they’ve stated that they will refund the difference if it’s cheaper at an instore launch. Now how about that? Why queue up at your local store when you’re getting a similar deal online?
Yeah – I know, you actually have the game in your hand on launch day but surely for those that can’t get to the stores or have a 9pm curfew (and I’m not talking about myself here), this is a great opportunity to get the game without any effort? And at the same price as the instore price war that everyone loves!
As soon as there’s more development regarding prices – I’ll update you all as I’m as keen as you to bag this little beauty of a game too!
Comparing the Nintendo 3DS to Sony’s 3D Efforts
Before anyone decides to remind me this is PS3Blog.net (look, it takes you back to the home page!) the reason I’m posting this, in the main page no less, is because of how we can compare Nintendo’s effort to Sony’s 3D push for home entertainment thanks to 3D Blu-ray movies as well as the firmware released for the 3D enabled games available at the moment and in the near future for the PS3.
Now with that out of the way, let’s consider what the 3DS has to offer at launch and how Sony has decided to price and market their 3D interest in new technology.
Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare DLC Pack Announced

If you already haven’t had a zombie overload by playing Dead Rising 2 or the COD: Black Ops website being invaded by those well loved corpses, then I guess it won’t hurt much to tell you that another massive PS3 title is getting the ‘undead’ treatment.
Rockstar Games, the infamous studio behind the massive hit Red Dead Redemption (and of course the GTA series) has released screenshots for their newest DLC pack, Undead Nightmare. If you thought Rockstar just couldn’t make the game any better – YOU WERE WRONG!
The new DLC pack boasts a “single-player campaign that follows John Marston as he tries to find a cure for the highly infectious zombie plague that has spread across the frontier.
In addition to this epic new single-player adventure, The Undead Nightmare Pack also features brand new gameplay mechanics, weapons, zombie animals, mythical creatures and even a brand new secret location. All this, plus some exciting new multiplayer modes and much more to be revealed very soon.
The Undead Nightmare Pack will be available simultaneously for download via PlayStation®Network for $9.99.”

Two Worlds II Needs More Polish, TopWare Cries Foul!

A couple of days ago we reported that Two Worlds II would be delayed until January due to some more polish. According to SouthPeak Games, the North American Publisher they wanted to make sure that the game is the best that it can be before it’s released into the wild.
News has surfaced from TopWare Interactive, the company making Two Worlds II along with developer Reality Pump that the game has been finished and is ready to roll out, at least that’s what they told Gamespot. TopWare also went on to say that:
SouthPeak’s decision was actually made due to an exceptionally crowded 2010 holiday season of RPGs.
Those that live in Europe might be happy to know that the delay in North America shouldn’t effect you at all. Zuxxez, the European Publisher still plans to release the game in a handful of territories on the 21st of October.
