Two More Blade Kitten Reviews

If the IGN review wasn’t enough to make up your mind about the game, here’s one from Gamesugar and another one from Joystiq. That’s two no and one yes for the game so far. This is the first of two episodes and one has to wonder what the sales target is for the game before the second one is to be worked on.

F1 2010 Broken

It all seemed to be going so well and then bam like an engine blow out, a puncture or Mark Webber up the inside your race is ruined. After a hugely successful launch for F1 2010 (outselling both Halo Reach and Dead Rising 2 combined) It’s now spun off on the last corner before taking the chequered flag. Many players are experiencing severe game breaking issues, the worst being game saves, which are becoming corrupt…

Codemasters have said;

We believe this only occurs if, after completing an R&D objective, you…
- Retire to the paddock via the Engineer (in the garage).
- Terminally damage your car and select retire to paddock.
- Get disqualified and select retire to paddock.

And provided a work around until it is fixed;

After a practice session where you complete an R&D objective and unlock a new upgrade make sure you then load in to the following qualifying session before exiting the game.

So at least you can load up your save files, shame then that there are many bugs wrecking your racing experience here’s a full list & video of all major bugs and glitches that have been found so far from Codemasters Forum after the jump Read the rest of this entry »

Sucker Punch Interview With Eurogamer

Recently Bruce Oberg (co-founder of SuckerPunch) was interviewed by Eurogamer about the upcoming and highly anticipated Infamous 2. Many things were discussed even the possibility of Infamous 3. Here is what he had to say.

-Old Cole was changed due to the internet complaining about so many generic bald heroes. He was brought back by a huge demand. So many so it was easily not just the vocal minority.

-Graphic will be highly detailed due to the experience they had with the first Infamous. They are building the tool sets, using around 60% of the Cell and have been in contact with Naughty Dog for technical assistance.

-Bruce does not believe the game could be done on the Xbox due to how much they are giving the Cell to do.

-No 3D is announced, but the team has experience with 3D due to Sly.

-Can’t make a prediction on the games length yet since they are still adding stuff.

-Infamous is a Sony owned trademark as is Sly.

I can not wait to play this game. This is easily my most anticipated game right now….that is until Uncharted 3 is announced :)

COD: Black Ops Viral Website Has Been Invaded By Zombies

A Call Of Duty: Black Ops viral website, gknova6.com , has been invaded by zombies, thus confirming their apperance in COD: Black Ops.

Besides that, computerandvideogames.com (CVG)said today that their “sneak peak at BradyGames’ guide claims it’ll offer “a complete walkthrough to the gritty Cold War-era Campaign mode, tips and tricks to rank up in Multiplayer, how to excel in Co-Op, or fight back the relentless Nazi Zombie horde”.”

Finally CVG.com also revealed that Edge Magazine interviewed Mark Lamia, Studio Head at Treyarch, and had that he had this to say, concerning Zombies:
“We continued to evolve [Nazi Zombies] after World At War – there was a dialogue going on with some of our hardcore community, and we were able to interact with the community and evolve – we did that with our zombie lore,”

Why Nazi Zombies? This is a totally different time period than COD: World at War, but perhaps there will be a good explanation for the Nazis.

Eleven Minutes of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

Here’s a new 11 minute gameplay trailer released today by Konami for their upcoming Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

Reviews of Castlevania:Lords of Shadow ahead of it’s October release are extremely positive. It’ll be a shame if this gets overlooked by the gaming masses. A demo of Castlevania Lords of Shadow will be available this week on PSN. One is already available for PSN+ subscribers.
